Our firm specializes in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and SALES.
We service most areas of NORTHERN VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON DC, AND
CLOSE-IN MARYLAND.
We have some unique ways of managing homes that save our clients
money, time, and stress.
We are the only management company in the area that has full time
salaried rental agents. This puts us in the unique position of
being able to show and rent our own properties, thus being able to
better evaluate prospective tenants BEFORE THEY SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION. Most other companies rely on outside agents to submit
applications and don't meet the tenants until lease signing.
We are also open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. Your property is
ADVERTISED ON NUMEROUS WEB SITES AND IN THE WASHINGTON POST AS
NEEDED, to ensure little or no vacancy time. We do not know of any
other property management company or management division that is
available to show your home to potential tenants seven days a week.
We do not rely on message machines as most property management
companies do. When you or your tenant call us during normal
business hours (including Saturday and Sunday), you will talk with
one of us, not a machine. This saves costly delays in repairs,
leasing of your property, etc. It also gives the tenant reassurance
that they are being listened to.
We are INDEPENDENTLY OWNED. Property management is our
PRIMARY FOCUS, not an afterthought as with some larger,
national firms. We have an independent sales department to
assist our management clients as needed.
