Our firm specializes in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and SALES.
We service most areas of NORTHERN VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON DC, AND
CLOSE-IN MARYLAND.
We have some unique ways of managing homes that save our clients and
customers money, time, and stress. We receive most of our new clients
from previous and current home owners, Tenants, and owners who were
tenants of ours and now need property management services.
We have full time salaried property managers. This puts us in
the unique position of being able to show and rent our own
properties,
thus being able to meet and better evaluate prospective tenants
BEFORE
THEY SUBMIT AN APPLICATION.
We are open and available to show your home SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.
This usually results in a shorter vacancy period.
Your property is ADVERTISED ON NUMEROUS WEB SITES, FOREIGN
EMBASSY
OFFICES, AND LOCAL NEWSPAPERS AS NEEDED. We also are members of
and utilize the MULTIPLE LISTING SYSTEM (MRIS)
We do not rely on message machines. When your tenant calls us
weekdays or Saturday and Sunday, they will talk with one of our
staff,
not a machine. This saves costly delays in repairs,
leasing of your property, etc. It also gives the tenant reassurance
that their concerns will be met.
We are INDEPENDENTLY OWNED. Property management is our
PRIMARY FOCUS, not an afterthought We do have an independent
sales department to assist our management clients as needed.
