I am a Washington DC native. I am the Principal Broker and a property manager at PSI. I have been with PSI since 2009. I have been in the property management business since 2005 and I have been a licensed Realtor since 2012. With those years of experience, I have cultivated an acute skillset to identify preventative maintenance that will help me provide you with insight when it comes time to managing your home. Combined with my knowledge of this region I can be a strong asset to you while your home is being rented out. I take great pride in managing homes as though I was the actual homeowner! I am licensed Broker in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.

DaVante Williams

Property Manager I Realtor
Born and raised in the District of Columbia, I attended DC Public Schools, graduating from Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts. Walk into Property Specialists, you might catch me singing a tune. I went on to attend the University of the District of Columbia. After years of working as an Administrative Assistant for a cyber security firm, I switched gears and took a job as the Receptionist of Property Specialists in 2014. After a little over a year of working amongst a great team of realtors and property managers, I was promoted from Receptionist to Property Manager after acquiring my DC Property Managers License. I also have my DC Real Estate license. I have been a licensed Property Manager since 2016. Since 2016, I have worked directly with property owners and tenants in all aspects of property management. From showing listed properties to prospects, to processing applications, marketing properties, and to the actual day-to-day management of residential properties. Over the past few years I have also assisted owners with full scale renovations of their rental properties by obtaining estimates, coordinating work with contractors, and overseeing the day to day progress to ensure that the work is completed at the highest quality. Owners have entrusted me with my knowledge and skill for design and I’ve turned old charm into modern delight. Working with Property Specialists has been the best decision I have made. We are a team that thrives to give excellent customer service.

My passion for helping others and working with people has led me to my dream job as a Property Manager with Property Specialists Inc. I’ve always had interest in the Real Estate field, and I am happy to be able to put my people skills and knowledge to use as I help our clients manage their properties and attend to individuals throughout their tenancy. I can speak 4 languages which include: Turkish, Uzbek, Farsi and English and always look forward to learning more #staycultured.

Suostei!! That means “Hello!” I was born in Cambodia and moved to the US with my family in the early 80’s. I grew up in Havre de Grace, Maryland and finally settled in Northern, VA with my family. Originally, I studied Pharmacology but my love of math directed me to change my major to Accounting. I started my career in 1996 where I was responsible for financial reporting, monthly end report, payroll accounting and benefit administration in the hospitality field. In 2006, I decided to join the team at Property Specialists, Inc. as their Bookkeeper, bringing my years of experience and positive attitude to their already stellar team. With over 23 years of experience, I handle all of the bookkeeping and accounting for our owners and tenants including rent collection, owner payment distributions, monthly and yearly statement reconciliation and also making sure that our vendors are paid on time. In my spare time, I love going to the gym and I am also an animal lover, currently the “mom” of 4 dogs and a turtle! Property Specialists, Inc. has always been like a second family to me and I look forward to you joining our client portfolio.

Caitlin Hinton

Office Manager

As a Virginia native, I’ve loved joining the team at Property Specialists, who so diligently manage our client’s properties and help showcase what the DMV area has to offer to new and returning renters! Prior to working at PSI, I worked in the cosmetology field for almost 10 years as a hairstylist and salon & spa manager, which gave me a passion for serving and assisting others. I have greatly enjoyed getting to translate my management skills, as well as my skills in the cosmetology industry, to working as the office manager for a property management company. When I’m not working, you can either find me relaxing at home with my husband and dog or spending time with my friends and very large family!
