Karen Whitby
I was born and raised in the DMV. I attended elementary and middle school in Washington, DC then attended high school in Prince Georges County, MD. I went on to attend college in Raleigh, NC. I decided to come back to the area in 2002 and start my career in Property Management and Residential Real Estate. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Virginia since 2005. Since 2005, I have worked directly with property owners and tenants in all aspects of property management from showing listed properties to prospects, to processing applications, to marketing properties, to the actual day-to-day management of residential properties. I also have over 13 years’ sales experience in the Residential Real Estate field overseeing all sales transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. I thoroughly understand the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors rules and regulations and real estate agent laws in Virginia, am skilled in social media and print ad marketing, and contract negotiations with a strong attention to detail. I love working with all my clients.
