accept no more property management clients than we can assist
personally.

Careful tenant selection, and signing and renewal of
leases, resulting in continuous occupancy.
Regular preventive maintenance, with prompt attention
to necessary repairs.
Seven-days-a-week service and close liaison with tenants
as well as owners.
Monthly and year-end financial statements as well as
status reports to owners as needed.
Personal inspections of each property.
Rent collection and timely payments of all
obligations required by owners.
Access to M.L.S. services.
We have assembled an experienced, well organized and competent
staff including four Property Managers, a Maintenance
Coordinator, a Bookkeeper as well as full and part-time
Office Assistants. The firm has been in operation since 1983. Our
offices are conveniently located on Lee Highway in Arlington; our
doors are open seven days a week.
For your convenience, as an added service, we also have a sales
department.
